By providing regular nursing home visits to patients, we are able to better ensure that their level of care is exactly where it should be in the short term and long term settings. We help the patient to move through their life as comfortably and happily as possible.
Hospice visits
Hospice care focuses on quality healthcare and maximum comfort for the patient near the end of life. That’s the approach we take with any patient in need of hospice services. We do all we can to make end of life care easier for everyone involved.
Assisted living visits
Making sure long term care patients are cared for properly is important. By providing quality assisted living visits, we are able to help them improve their lives and enjoy their time more in any facility.

We believe in helping patients deal with pain and symptoms of their illness while also providing assistance with the physical, mental, and emotional stress that can come with it.
Our long term goal is to improve quality of life for the patient and their loved one as they cope with their illness no matter the diagnosis or the prognosis.

Dr. Milton Guerrero, MD, CMD, is an attending physician in his practice which is primary in long and short term in the Nursing Home Facilities, and who also assists with the care of those in hospice, and in palliative medical situations.
With decades of experience in delivering compassionate care, he can help ensure that patients receive the level of care they deserve.
