Medical Director
Our staff includes Dr. Milton Guerrero, MD, CMD, who serves as an attending physician in his practice and who also assists with the care of those in hospice, long term care, and in palliative medical situations.

By providing regular nursing home visits to patients, we are able to ensure that their level of care is exactly where it should be and that they move through their life as comfortably and happily as possible.
